Trustee Matt Beamer said he disagrees with McGraw, and he said that he feels mailing the newsletter has worked well for the township. “My feeling is the next newsletter we put that information in it,” McGraw said about emailing the newsletter. He said he would approve the postage for the next newsletter but then would like to eliminate the printed newsletter and only send it via email. McGraw said he did not agree with printing and mailing a newsletter to residents in the township, but rather wants to email the newsletter to save money. “I am opposed to the newsletter postage,” Trustee John McGraw said during the meeting. Township trustees disagreed about several purchases that were recommended. Purchase orders listed by Geis included payments to Cincinnati Bell, Duke Energy, the United States Postal Service, and more.
